Mr. An has over decade practicing experience in sport law, international investment and trade, disputes resolution. Currently, he is in charge of the sports law team of Guantao Law Firm and also the executive partner of Guantao Law Firm Xiamen Office, represents a number of Chinese and foreign sports clubs, companies and athletes in sport events, commercial sponsorship, mergers and acquisitions and transfer disputes etc. Since 2017, he is appointed as legal councillor for the Olympic Games Preparation Office of General Administration of Sports of China, and the legal councillor for the Gymnasiade 2020-Schools Summer Games co-organized by Jinjiang City Government, China School Sport Federation and International School Sport Federation.

In 2015, Mr. An co-founded the Sportbank Business School with Dr. Fuxiu An, aiming to bridge the sports and capitals, Sportbank Business School currently is a prestigious school having over 1200 students, and collaboration with The Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) for the master program education in China and Spain since 2016. In 2017, Mr. An was awarded as “the best sports lawyer of China” by the 2017 SportIN Annual Conference.
